Ian and Sandra have gained a reputation for providing their guests with wholesome country cooking that reflects the true taste of Exmoor.  In this respect the "Exmoor Game Selection" has proved to be particularly popular with diners at Brendon House.  Whenever possible ingredients are sourced locally, and in season fresh organic vegetables from their own kitchen garden are served.
